NEXT REGULAR BOARD MEETING
The last regular meeting of the COP HOA Board of Directors (BOD) was held Saturday, 14 February at 9:30 am at the Frank Condo. The Pending Minutes for this meeting are posted in the 2026 Agenda and Minutes Tab. Our COP HOA President, Bob Frank, announced that the next BOD Meeting will be held on Saturday, 21 March, at 10 am at Sutherland Crossing.
If you are planning any exterior improvements, please submit an Architectural Request to Jerry Phipps NLT one week prior. Note: A new abbreviated AR form for replacing HVAC is now included on the Information and Forms Tab.
Go to the Social Gatherings Tab to view photos of past and recent events. Our last Gathering on the Green (GoG) was held on Sunday, 25 January, at 2:00 pm at Sutherland Crossing. GoGs are a great opportunity to meet new residents and "catch up" with residents you have not seen over the summer-fall months. Contact Jan Nelson for more details. She can be reached at (952) 240-1823. The next GoG will be held on Sunday, 22 February at 3:00 pm at Sutherland Crossing.
The 2025 Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, 8 March at 10:00 am behind Davis' on the Cul-de-Sac. Homeowners approved new Directors Jerry Phipps (returning), Susan Sutherland, and Pat Sannerud. The COPC Budget for 2025 was approved. One change to our governing documents was also approved. Pending Minutes for the 3.9.24 Annual Meeting were approved and posted. Pending Minutes for the 04.29.25 Regular Board Meeting have been posted. The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on 21 March at 10 am at Sutherland Crossing, behind Jim and Sue's Condo at 2631 Castle Rock Dr.
SECURITY ALERT
One of our homes was invaded in August 2021 while the owners were sleeping. No one was physically harmed but some items were taken. This is disturbing and unsettling when you realize how vulnerable we are if our homes are not properly secured. Entry was through the garage, which is common, especially if the homeowner leaves the garage door open regularly. We have had golf clubs and bicycles stolen in the past. We have an HOA policy to keep garage doors closed unless someone is working in the garage or yard area. This is for your own safety and open doors can be an eyesore for your neighbors. It is also important to lock the door from the garage into your home at night or when on travel.

WATERING SCHEDULE

Sprinklers: Front yard and Common Area sprinklers on Monday and Friday at approximately 6 am and 11 am. Run Times will vary with each section. Ray turns off watering after a rain.
Bubblers: Runtime is approximately 7 am and 9 am on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. Times are staggered to keep the water pressure up. When it gets hotter, another time will be added to the bubblers.
When the ground is wet enough, especially after rain, Ray shuts off the main valves, so we don't irrigate. Those of you who have new plantings of shrubs, please check and make sure they are not drying out. For the first 3 months, they do need more water.
